Andrew Nollmann - Founder & Managing Partner

Andrew founded Kahuna Capital to partner with business owners who have achieved the American Dream and are ready to transition their companies—whether to retire or usher them into their next phase of growth. Before establishing Kahuna Capital, Andrew served as the COO and CFO of Shipshape Solutions, a niche vertical SaaS platform that connects home service companies with their customers, driving increased service revenue, reducing churn, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Prior to his time at Shipshape, Andrew was a senior manager in the Strategy & Consulting practice at Accenture, where he held P&L responsibility for large-scale digital transformation and strategy projects. As a senior leader within the Sales & Service practice, he spearheaded initiatives in omni-channel analytics, digital strategy, and AI-powered digital transformation, while also supporting high-impact sales efforts.

Andrew's passion for small businesses began during his tenure as an associate in the Transaction and Business Services practice at Riveron Consulting, a boutique firm specializing in serving lower-middle-market enterprises and private equity groups. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Art History from Southern Methodist University.

Andrew also serves as a co-founder and COO of Sylphide Advising, a boutique art advisory firm led by his wife, Cassandra. Through Sylphide they have helped a global client based acquire major contemporary artworks from global galleries, museums and auction houses.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys staying active outside of work through sports (golf, tennis, and skiing) or playing with his three young boys and golden retriever.
